In May 2009, the school opened its doors in the 16th arrondissement of Paris with a clear ambition: to make gastronomy accessible. Its aim is to enable enthusiasts, whether beginners or experienced, to learn themed techniques and recipes in a pleasant setting. No cold laboratories with unobtainable tools. Instead, you’ll find “home-style” kitchens (just a little bigger to accommodate you), beautifully equipped with Miele and Scavolini appliances.
