What if celebrating a century of existence rhymed with reinvention? In April 2025, Le Bristol Paris, the legendary palace on the Faubourg Saint-Honor\u00e9<\/em>, celebrates its 100th anniversary with a series of initiatives as elegant as they are unexpected. From haute gastronomy to lifestyle collaborations and a new signature spa treatment, nothing has been left to chance. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Three-star cuisine and a trip to Japan<\/h2>\n\n

The three-starred<\/strong> Epicure<\/strong> restaurant welcomes a new chef: Arnaud Faye<\/strong> succeeds \u00c9ric Frechon<\/strong>. He has created a refined menu, with a special emphasis on plant-based<\/strong> dishes. The event doesn’t stop there: in November, the chef will fly to Tokyo for a culinary residency<\/strong> at the L’Osier<\/strong> restaurant, before a gala dinner and anniversary garden party in the heart of the palace. <\/p>\n\n

Suites redesigned by the women of Oetker<\/h2>\n\n

The Honeymoon<\/strong> and Imp\u00e9riale<\/strong> suites have been completely redesigned by Elvira and Narcisa Oetker<\/strong>. The former, nestled under the rooftops, offers a view of the Eiffel Tower<\/strong> and a fresco by Dimitri Rybaltchenko<\/strong> on the myth of Eros and Psyche. The second, favored by artist George Condo<\/strong>, boasts an opulent decor, punctuated by carefully selected works of art. <\/p>\n\n
