Located in <strong>Rueil-Malmaison<\/strong>, this unique restaurant pays tribute to his grandfather, a chef, and follows in the footsteps of <strong>Bistrots Pas Parisiens<\/strong> with a promise: <strong>affordable chef&#8217;s cuisine<\/strong> for under 50 euros. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">A complete experience: cuisine, cocktails and live music<\/h2>\n\n<p>Designed as a <strong>complete living space<\/strong>, Monsieur Claude combines <strong>inventive gastronomy<\/strong>, <strong>signature cocktails<\/strong> and <strong>live music<\/strong>. Right from the start, the tone is set: trompe-l&#8217;\u0153il amuse-bouche, snails with fermented garlic, Jerusalem artichoke and tonka bean. Dishes pay homage to his multiple influences, from <strong>Japanese charcoal-grilled pollack Binchotan<\/strong> to <strong>Metzger onglet<\/strong>, a revisited bistro classic. On the sweet side, the chef dares with shitak\u00e9 praline and burnt vanilla apple.   <\/p>\n\n<p>But Monsieur Claude doesn&#8217;t stop at the plate. A <strong>central piano bar<\/strong>, run by <strong>Vincent Steiner<\/strong>, the chef&#8217;s brother and France&#8217;s Best Apprentice Barman, offers a cocktail menu inspired by songs and a spellbinding musical ambience.
