An air of the Mediterranean blows over Paris. And it’s on the rooftop of Le Brach, in the 16th arrondissement, that the Villa Minuty experience comes to life. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Provence with a view of the Eiffel Tower<\/h2>\n\n

All summer long, the prestigious winegrowing estate is taking up residence at the top of the Brach Paris<\/strong>, a hotel designed by Philippe Starck<\/em>, for a brand-new activation: the Villa Minuty<\/strong>. Nestled in a setting reminiscent of the Presqu’\u00eele de Saint-Tropez, this hedonistic interlude offers an immersive experience based around its emblematic cuv\u00e9es<\/strong>, in a setting overlooking the capital. <\/p>\n\n

The soft, luminous colors of the furnishings, the touches of greenery and the unobstructed view over Paris are a reminder that Provencal elegance<\/strong> can also play at altitude.<\/p>\n\n

A solar and aperitif menu<\/h2>\n\n

Designed as a tribute to the art of the French aperitif<\/strong>, the menu focuses on simple, fair-trade products<\/strong>, to be shared from 5pm until midnight. Olive tapenade with figs, peppers stuffed with tuna and goat’s cheese<\/strong>, tomato or red fruit punnets, candied artichokes<\/strong>… All accompanied by Ch\u00e2teau Minuty Or<\/strong> and Minuty 281<\/strong>, for a tasting experience in perfect harmony. <\/p>\n\n
