Awarded a Michelin star last April, the establishment promises an original sensory voyage, blending refinement, terroir and audacity. <\/p>\n\n<p>But beyond the plate, Louis Vuitton is taking advantage of this reopening to launch a major culinary project: <strong>the creation of its own gastronomic community<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Louis Vuitton&#8217;s culinary community<\/h2>\n\n<p>Born of the collaboration between Arnaud Donckele and Maxime Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric when they started out at Cheval Blanc Saint-Tropez, this <strong>&#8220;Louis Vuitton culinary community&#8221;<\/strong> aims to support young talents around the world. Through a spirit of transmission, it embodies the values of the Maison: excellence, creativity and cultural openness. <\/p>\n\n<p>Present in Paris, New York and Tokyo, this gastronomic vision transcends borders and is expressed even in the kitchen, where we find nods to the <strong>Monogram motif<\/strong>, subtly integrated into certain dishes.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">A solar and local map<\/h2>\n\n<p>In a relaxed, family spirit, the chefs have devised a <strong>menu in three acts<\/strong>: international, cultural and disruptive. All prepared with carefully selected <strong>local and seasonal produce<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p>On the menu: <strong>marbled tomatoes<\/strong>, <strong>ravioli with chanterelle mushrooms<\/strong>, <strong>brill in seaweed meuni\u00e8re<\/strong>, and <strong>blue lobster with shiso<\/strong>. Dishes that reveal a hybrid culinary identity, between the <strong>Mediterranean and global influences<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p>And for a sweet break? Maxime Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric&#8217;s <strong>rhubarb vacherin<\/strong> is a must for tea time, served in a floral decor inspired by the Resort 2025 collection. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Louis Vuitton&#8217;s ephemeral gastronomic destination<\/h2>\n\n<p>The restaurant is open <strong>until September 30, 2025<\/strong>, offering a unique experience between luxury, terroir and transmission.
