This duo combines haute cuisine and contemporary design, for a nomadic yet highly refined lunch. The address? A shady spot in the Bois de Boulogne. The ideal setting for a timeless interlude.    <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">A star-studded menu designed with grass in mind<\/h2>\n\n<p>In charge of the meal: chef <strong>Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Robert<\/strong>. His score is light and daring. On the menu: <strong>airy goug\u00e8res<\/strong>, <strong>vermicelli<\/strong> salad <strong>with gambas and Thai spices<\/strong>, <strong>fusilli with caviar, lemon and vodka<\/strong>.<br\/>This is followed by a marine sequence: <strong>bun with crab<\/strong>, <strong>generous lobster roll<\/strong> and optional <strong>truffle brie<\/strong>.
