A sweet legend born in Saint-Tropez<\/h2>\n\n

Created in 1955<\/em> by Alexandre Micka<\/strong>, the Tarte Trop\u00e9zienne<\/strong> is much more than a pastry: it’s an institution. Its combination of soft brioche<\/strong>, crunchy sugar and secret cream<\/strong> has delighted gourmets for generations. Propelled to mythical status by Brigitte Bardot<\/strong> on the set of Et Dieu… cr\u00e9a la femme<\/em>, it is the very embodiment of the Tropezian art of living. <\/p>\n\n

In 2025, the brand pays tribute to this sweet love story with a major anniversary, scheduled for July 10<\/strong> on the famous Place des Lices<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

True to its spirit of sharing and generosity<\/strong>, La Tarte Trop\u00e9zienne is offering a free program open to all. Starting at 4pm, visitors are invited to (re)discover the history of pastry-making<\/strong>, through visual retrospectives<\/strong>, anecdotes, and Baby Trop’ confection workshops,<\/strong> led by the company’s chefs. <\/p>\n\n
