The paradox is striking: these are the roles that embody <strong>the DNA of the major brands<\/strong>, in direct contact with customers. <\/p>\n\n<p>Why the crisis? According to the report, <strong>the explosion in demands<\/strong> placed on store personnel plays a key role. Today, a salesperson is no longer content to simply advise. They must :   <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>master digital tools,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>personalize the customer experience,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>find out more about our CSR commitments,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and sometimes embody a form of brand storytelling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Changing professions, but still little recognized<\/h2>\n\n<p>To respond to this complexity, <strong>new roles are emerging<\/strong>: <em>Clienteling Specialist<\/em>, <em>Client Experience Manager<\/em>, trainers, after-sales service craftsmen. Retail is becoming a <strong>hybrid ecosystem<\/strong>, on the borderline between digital and human. <\/p>\n\n<p>But this transformation is slow. While 77% of companies plan to introduce<strong>artificial intelligence<\/strong> into talent management within the next three years, only 13% are using it today. And turnover remains high, due to a lack of concrete recognition in the field.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Towards an upgrade of the frontline?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Some houses are starting to move.  <strong>25% have already implemented targeted actions to retain female talent.<\/strong>  Mentoring, skills repositories, internal mobility&#8230;
