When the art of coffee meets haute patisserie, Paris gains a new address not to be missed. Since June 2025, Galeries Lafayette Paris Haussmann has been home to an original coffee shop, the fruit of a collaboration between Fran\u00e7ois Daubinet and Coutume Caf\u00e9. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n

An alliance of high standards and creativity<\/h2>\n\n

Named Fran\u00e7ois Daubinet chez Coutume<\/strong>, this 2nd-floor<\/strong> venue under the Coupole<\/strong> brings together two worlds driven by product quality<\/strong>, respect for origins<\/strong> and uncompromising craftsmanship<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

On the coffee side, Coutume<\/strong> founder Tom Clark<\/strong> offers a rigorous selection of specialty coffees<\/strong> from Colombia, Ethiopia and Guatemala. Roasted in the Paris region, they are extracted on demand by baristas trained to reveal the aromatic richness of each terroir. The beans are also available for sale. <\/p>\n\n
