Since June, a wind of freedom has been blowing through Parisian parties.<\/strong> With Fivole, nestled in La Maison Champs-\u00c9lys\u00e9es<\/strong> but with its own luminous entrance, the Golden Triangle welcomes an address that shatters labels. Cocktail bar, elegant restaurant, confidential lounge: here, Paris is experienced without moderation<\/strong>, at all hours and in all its facets. <\/p>\n\n

A free, sensual and (deliberately) frivolous space<\/h2>\n\n

The experience begins at the threshold: an irreverent neon sign invites us to forget convention<\/strong>. Inside, designers Fabien Chalard and Julien Geliot<\/strong> have imagined a chic, theatrical decor<\/strong>: enveloping velvet, subdued lighting, eighteenth-century nods to Marie-Antoinette<\/em>, all in a deliberately unbridled but never vulgar<\/strong> atmosphere. The atmosphere changes with the day: elegant lunches on the terrace<\/strong>, stretching aperitifs<\/strong>, sensual cocktails<\/strong> and lively musical nights<\/strong> until late. <\/p>\n\n

The menu: between refinement and gourmet provocation<\/h2>\n\n

The cuisine, orchestrated like a ritual of pleasure<\/strong>, ranges from lunch to dinner<\/strong>, with plates to share or signature dishes. Crunchy plum foie gras<\/strong>, salmon pizzette with dill<\/strong>, croque Frivole with truffled ham<\/strong>, or olive oil-basil stracciatella<\/strong> (a real killer): we pick, we taste, we come back.<\/p>\n\n

Starters feature contrasts: glazed pea velout\u00e9 with crispy egg<\/strong>, tuna tartar with verbena<\/strong>, or red mullet carpaccio with Espelette pepper<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

The main courses assert a style all their own: beef filet Wellington<\/strong>, Frivole-au-vent de Saint-Jacques aux girolles<\/strong>, canette aux griottes<\/strong>, or a vegetarian version of ricotta-spinach ravioli<\/strong>. Special mention should be made of the weekly menu (from \u20ac39)<\/strong>: a creative and comforting daily selection (lamb shoulder confit on Mondays, flank steak with chimichurri on Thursdays, etc.). <\/p>\n\n

At weekends, it’s time for roast chicken<\/strong>, a chic version of Sunday lunch.<\/p>\n\n

Cocktails: a wild mixology and a hedonistic menu<\/h2>\n\n

Behind the bar, Frivole’s real playground.<\/strong> Here, Chartreuse ambassador R\u00e9my<\/strong> pushes creation to its furthest limits: sensory mocktails<\/strong>, narrative cocktails<\/strong>, spectacular glasses<\/strong> and botanical twists<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n
