With its 1,000 sq. m. of floor space on two floors, this new address in the 12th arrondissement blends artisan breads, top-of-the-range coffee shops and an ultra-polished industrial ambience. Forget the classic neighborhood bakery. L\u00e9onie Reuilly offers an immersion into a world where natural sourdough, organic flours and demanding recipes<\/strong> dictate the law of taste. Behind the project is Kamel Saci, a globe-trotting artisan who trained with renowned chefs and founded Maison L\u00e9onie in 2020. <\/p>\n\n

At this monumental address, the brand rolls out its must-have viennoiseries<\/strong> – pure butter croissant, cinnamon-cardamom rolls, ham-emmental croissant – and a range of signature breads<\/strong>: baguette au moulin Viron, tourte de meule, c\u0153ur de sarrasin or tordu du Gers.<\/p>\n\n
