Having delighted the finest Parisian tables for decades, the <strong>transalpine<\/strong> house is now moving up a gear, setting up shop at <strong>51 rue des Petits-Champs<\/strong>, a stone&#8217;s throw from the Palais Royal. The opening is already making passers-by drool, and promises to become a <strong>new gourmet landmark in Paris<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">A family business with authentic know-how<\/h2>\n\n<p>Founded in <em>1959<\/em> by <strong>Pascal Pedone<\/strong> in Charenton-le-Pont, the company has long operated discreetly, delivering its gelati to Parisian gourmet restaurants. Today, his son <strong>Christophe Pedone<\/strong> is at the helm, carrying on the family tradition in a physical space designed for the public. <\/p>\n\n<p>No industrial products here. Unavoidable classics like <strong>chocolate<\/strong>, <strong>vanilla<\/strong> and <strong>apricot<\/strong>, but also more unexpected creations like <strong>tomato-basil<\/strong>, <strong>gingerbread<\/strong> and <strong>black sesame<\/strong>. Each ice cream is <strong>turbined by the minute<\/strong>, guaranteeing a dense texture and pure flavor.
