In the final, he won with <strong>52.65% of the votes<\/strong>, thanks to a highly creative menu. His talent also impressed the <strong>MICHELIN Guide<\/strong> inspectors, who praised his &#8220;great sensitivity and assertive technical mastery&#8221;, even though no star was awarded to his short-lived restaurant on the show, due to a lack of consistency across the 11 dishes on offer.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">A 6-course menu on board a barge<\/h2>\n\n<p>From July 3, Quentin will be at the helm of an ephemeral address on the Seine, conceived in collaboration with <strong>Les Bistrots Pas Parisiens<\/strong>. Each evening, he will serve a 6-course fish menu (\u20ac95), with a wine and food pairing option (\u20ac50). <\/p>\n\n<p>An immersive, poetic and refined dinner, overlooking the Seine in a hushed setting. \u00c0 la carte? Original creations inspired by Top Chef, with surprising textures, fine sauces and perfectly mastered cooking.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">An exclusive summer interlude<\/h2>\n\n<p>Open evenings by reservation via The Fork, the restaurant offers a unique blend of haute cuisine and aquatic surroundings. Located at <strong>Port Van Gogh in Asni\u00e8res-sur-Seine<\/strong>, it adds a touch of seaside chic to the gateway to Paris. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">A table not to be missed<\/h2>\n\n<p>With this first short-lived address, <strong>Quentin Mauro confirms his status as culinary revelation of the year<\/strong>.
