Between <strong>lemon trees<\/strong>, <strong>parasols inspired by the Amalfi coast<\/strong> and <strong>original ice creations<\/strong>, the Palace gives its terrace a breath of <strong>Dolce Vita<\/strong>. The balance is successful, between Parisian refinement and Mediterranean lightness.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">A touch of Italy in the heart of Paris<\/h2>\n\n<p>Right from the entrance, the tone is set. The lobby welcomes visitors with a <strong>majestic lemon tree<\/strong>, a tribute to the Italian art of living. On the terrace, <strong>sunny yellow umbrellas<\/strong> and <strong>soft furnishings<\/strong> create a farniente chic atmosphere, perfect for getting away from it all.  <\/p>\n\n<p>For the occasion, the <strong>Palace patisserie<\/strong> unveils an <strong>exclusive ice-cream cart<\/strong>, featuring a <strong>Ni\u00e7ois lemon frosting<\/strong>, revisited with a <strong>basil-oil lemon sauce<\/strong>. A limited-edition ice cream treat, to be enjoyed only on the terrace. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">The great Palace houses reinterpret summer<\/h2>\n\n<p>The <strong>three Royal Monceau &#8211; Raffles Paris restaurants<\/strong> are taking part in this summer celebration with <strong>exclusive sweet creations<\/strong>. The star of the show: a <strong>frosted brioche<\/strong>, filled with <strong>double vanilla ice cream<\/strong>, a <strong>lemon confit<\/strong> and a <strong>light bitter almond cream<\/strong>. A delicacy at the crossroads of Italian traditions and French pastry-making expertise.  <\/p>\n\n<p>On the savory side, the menu continues in the spirit of summer: <strong>bonito carpaccio with citrus fruits<\/strong>, <strong>Mafaldine with summer truffles<\/strong>, or the delicately iodized <strong>Royal Monceau Lobster Roll<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Creative cocktails at Bar Long and Matsuhisa Paris<\/h2>\n\n<p>A lively place in the Palace, <strong>Bar Long<\/strong> also celebrates the season with a <strong>new collection of cocktails<\/strong>. Each creation pays homage to an emblematic area of the hotel: <em>Cinema<\/em>, served in a glass shaped like a popcorn tin, evokes the private screening room (designed by Starck). <em>Swimming Pool<\/em>, with its aquatic nuances, reflects the serenity of the spa and its pool. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Matsuhisa Paris<\/strong>, <strong>Nobu Matsuhisa<\/strong>&#8216;s address, offers a <strong>menu of twelve Japanese-Peruvian cocktails<\/strong>, three of which are non-alcoholic. Among them: <em>1987<\/em>, a long drink combining Barolo Chinato, hibiscus and sparkling sake. And <em>Pampa<\/em>, a non-alcoholic blend of dragon fruit, grapefruit and lemongrass.
