Nestled on rue Saint-Philippe du Roule, this small 24-seat restaurant offers sincere, colorful Mexican cuisine designed for <strong>sharing<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Mexico City-style homemade tacos<\/h2>\n\n<p>The heart of the menu? <strong>Tacos<\/strong>, served on <strong>homemade corn tortillas<\/strong>, hand-kneaded on volcanic rock. An important detail that changes everything in the mouth. Must-try recipes include <strong>Al Suadero<\/strong> (lamb confit with coriander), <strong>Al Pastor<\/strong> (pineapple-marinated pork), <strong>Arrachera<\/strong> (grilled beef) and a vegetarian version with <strong>saut\u00e9ed mushrooms and avocado cream<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The most daring? The <strong>Special Tio<\/strong>, garnished with <strong>tempura prawns<\/strong>, spiced up with homemade mayonnaise and crunchy radishes. Each bite balances textures, between crunchy, melting and fresh.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">A generous menu to share<\/h2>\n\n<p>The experience often begins with <strong>starters to share<\/strong>: <strong>Tulum-style ceviche<\/strong>, <strong>shredded beef nachos<\/strong>, <strong>homemade guacamole<\/strong>, or string cheese <strong>teque\u00f1os<\/strong>. At lunchtime, <strong>burritos<\/strong> are served in pork, chipotle chicken or veggie versions. <\/p>\n\n<p>On the drinks front, the bar features tequila <strong>1800<\/strong> and mezcal. Behind the counter, <strong>Virgil Henri<\/strong> (ex-Little Red Door) composes <strong>bespoke cocktails<\/strong>, such as the <strong>Margarita Picante<\/strong> or the fruitier Pineapple Margarita. A selection of <strong>South American wines<\/strong> completes the offer.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">A natural decor by Sophie Lacroix<\/h2>\n\n<p>The setting was imagined by <strong>Sophie Lacroix<\/strong>, using <strong>natural materials<\/strong>: light-colored wood, hand-crafted ceramics, fiberglass ceilings and graphic cacti. The atmosphere is soft by day, more intimate by night.
