An immersive place for all lovers of cocktails, lattes and syrups. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>It&#8217;s a first in the Paris region: <em>since June 20, 2025<\/em>, <strong>Monin<\/strong>, the famous French syrup maker founded in 1912, has opened the doors of its <strong>Comptoir Monin<\/strong> in the heart of the <strong>Marais<\/strong>, at <strong>5 rue du Bourg l&#8217;Abb\u00e9<\/strong>. Already known in over 150 countries, the brand has finally chosen Paris to offer a unique, sensory and participatory experience. <\/p>\n\n<p>Halfway between <strong>boutique<\/strong> and <strong>inspiration workshop<\/strong>, this immersive space goes beyond simply selling products. The Comptoir Monin is <strong>a laboratory of taste experiments<\/strong>: cocktails, mocktails, matcha lattes or chai revisited, each drink becomes a creation. More than <strong>150 Monin flavours<\/strong> are available, from classic perfumes to limited editions and new products to be tasted on the spot.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">A new landmark for mixology enthusiasts in Paris<\/h2>\n\n<p>In Paris, the city of gastronomy and culinary experimentation, this opening is strategic.
