Their recipe, based on<strong>achta<\/strong> &#8211; a milk cream scented with orange blossom &#8211; quickly won the hearts of the Lebanese. Spinny texture, floral taste, crunchy pistachios: <strong>a rare balance<\/strong> that contrasts with traditional Western ice cream. In <em>2017<\/em>, Glace Bachir arrived in Paris with a clear objective: to <strong>bring a 100% Lebanese tradition to Parisian palates<\/strong>.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Today, <a href=\"https:\/\/bachir.fr\/fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">two stores<\/a> share the capital: one in the Marais (58, rue Rambuteau), the other in Montmartre, opposite the funicular railway. And everywhere, the same scenario: long queues, intrigued looks and delighted smiles at the first bite. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong>Achta<\/strong>, a flavour you&#8217;ll never forget<\/h2>\n\n<p>It&#8217;s impossible to talk about Glace Bachir without mentioning <strong>achta<\/strong>, their signature flavor. Unlike Italian ice creams, which are greasier and sweeter, achta offers an airy yet intense <strong>sensation of milky freshness<\/strong>. It is prepared with natural mastic, a resin derived from the pistachio tree, which gives it its <strong>unique<\/strong>, almost mochi <strong>elasticity<\/strong>. Once served, it is <strong>rolled in crushed pistachios<\/strong>, before being topped with a generous dollop of homemade chantilly.
