The sorbets are strong and not too sweet, perfect for a mid-day break.The place isn’t trying to seduce Instagram: it prioritizes flavor over decoration<\/strong>, and it works.<\/p>\n\n

Behind its pastel fa\u00e7ade in the 4\u1d49 arrondissement, Louise<\/a><\/strong> doesn’t just take care of its decor: it boasts genuine artisan know-how<\/strong>, inherited from its workshop in L\u00e9zignan-Corbi\u00e8res, in the Aude region.Each flavor is developed by a Master Artisan Glacier<\/strong>, using traditional methods: slow maturation in vats, manual work on textures, infusion of natural ingredients (vanilla beans, fruit pur\u00e9es, whole hazelnuts…).<\/p>\n\n
