Delphine and Solange are embodied by four young French singers from the most dynamic lyric and jazz scenes. Marine Chagnon<\/strong> (pictured), R\u00e9v\u00e9lation des Victoires de la Musique Classique 2023, interprets Solange with intensity and moving freshness. Canadian singer David Marino, already a fixture on the New York jazz scene, lends his voice to the dreamy sailor Maxence.Each performance features thirty-six artists on stage, combining dance, song and live music under the musical direction of Patrice Peyri\u00e9ras. <\/p>\n\n

This stage version revives the nostalgia of an era when musicals and shimmering colors lit up the silver screen.The adaptation respects the spirit of Jacques Demy, while reinventing the show thanks to the talents of contemporary singers, musicians and dancers.
