From September 2 to October 2, 2025, Pierre Herm\u00e9 Paris is setting up a unique pop-up in front of Galeries Lafayette Le Gourmet.<\/strong> On the program: reinvented viennoiseries, between tradition and audacity, that celebrate the art of puff pastry like never before.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

In Paris, every autumn brings its share of gourmet novelties. This year, Pierre Herm\u00e9<\/strong>, nicknamed the Picasso of patisserie<\/em>, has come to delight sweet tooths with a Pop-Up dedicated to viennoiserie<\/strong>. Located in front of Galeries Lafayette Le Gourmet<\/strong>, this ephemeral space showcases unique creations, conceived as true sensory experiences. <\/p>\n\n
