Open since <strong>1879<\/strong>, this confidential spot has stood the test of time without losing its soul. As soon as you step inside, you&#8217;re transported to a period setting: <strong>weathered woodwork<\/strong>, <strong>frescoed murals<\/strong>, <strong>old paintings<\/strong>, <strong>dimmed chandeliers<\/strong> and a thousand vintage objects that tell the story of the place. The charm is immediate.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Today, <strong>Benjamin Mor\u00e9el<\/strong> and <strong>Christopher Pr\u00eachez<\/strong> have taken over the institution, after their acclaimed stint at Petit Bouillon Pharamond. Their mission: to <strong>preserve the authenticity of the place<\/strong> while delighting palates. And they&#8217;ve succeeded.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">A classic, generous menu<\/h2>\n\n<p>The cuisine remains faithful to French tradition. Don&#8217;t miss the <strong>duck with Suzette sauce<\/strong>, melt-in-your-mouth tasty, or <strong>the Normandy prime rib to share<\/strong>, a true moment of conviviality.
