From September 18 to 21, 2025, the city of Reims becomes the capital of French gastronomy.<\/strong> With the second edition of Relais du Go\u00fbt<\/strong>, locals and visitors alike are invited to explore the city of Champagne. Dinner in the sky, gourmet experiences, culinary treasures and meetings with passionate winemakers are all on the agenda. An event that celebrates both the grape harvest and the art of living \u00e0 la r\u00e9moise. <\/p>\n\n

A growing festival<\/h2>\n\n

After a successful first edition in 2024, the festival returns with over 40 gourmet events<\/strong> and five highlights. This year, the event is also part of the official program to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Champagne’s inclusion on UNESCO’s World Heritage List, adding a strong heritage dimension. <\/p>\n\n

Michelin-starred chefs, local producers and leading Champagne houses join forces to immerse visitors in the very best of the terroir. Among the big names expected: Philippe Mille<\/strong>, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, Christophe Moret<\/strong>, Christophe Raoux<\/strong>, Georgiana Viou<\/strong> and many other talents. <\/p>\n\n

One of the highlights of this year’s event is Dinner in the Sky\u00ae<\/strong>, a spectacular experience offered daily in collaboration with Philippe Mille. At a height of 50 meters, 22 guests enjoy a gourmet meal accompanied by prestigious cuv\u00e9es, in a setting suspended above Reims. <\/p>\n\n

The March\u00e9 des Producteurs<\/strong> at Domaine Les Cray\u00e8res<\/a> will bring together some forty local artisans and producers for two days of tastings and discoveries. A guinguette atmosphere, champagne bar and jazzy concerts complete the program. <\/p>\n\n

Another key event is the Village Viticole<\/strong> on the Esplanade Porte de Mars. More than 30 winegrowers will be on hand to showcase the diversity of Champagne terroirs through tastings and educational events. <\/p>\n\n

Last but not least, several Champagne Houses<\/strong> will be opening their doors, offering exclusive dinners, masterclasses, immersive tours and unique food and wine pairings. From Ruinart to Veuve Clicquot and Charles Heidsieck, the great houses will be vying with each other in their imagination to seduce connoisseurs. <\/p>\n\n
