My parents cooked with products from the hunt and the vegetable garden,&#8221;<\/em> he confides <\/strong>. A childhood marked by authenticity and respect for the land, which nourished his passion for taste. Trained at an early age at the local hotel school, he moved on to Paris and cut his teeth at the <strong>Morice Venice Bar<\/strong>, a renowned Venetian address in the capital.  <\/p>\n\n<p>His career quickly took on an international dimension. He perfected his technique with some of the world&#8217;s greatest chefs, first as sous-chef with<g id=\"gid_0\">Alain Taudon<\/g> at <g id=\"gid_1\">L&#8217;Orangerie<\/g> du George V, then with <g id=\"gid_2\">Thomas Keller<\/g> at the three-starred <g id=\"gid_3\">Per Se<\/g> restaurant in New York.
