Created by <g id=\"gid_1\">Thierry Marx<\/g> and <g id=\"gid_2\">Romain Jubert<\/g>, the show has a clear objective: to promote <g id=\"gid_3\">good products<\/g>, <g id=\"gid_4\">good practices<\/g> and those who work towards <g id=\"gid_5\">responsible eating<\/g>. Five universes are featured: <strong>food<\/strong>, <strong>beverages<\/strong>, <strong>crafts<\/strong>, <strong>equipment<\/strong> and <strong>tableware<\/strong>. Each stand is selected for its quality, impact and ethics. This editorial choice makes BON a unique venue in Paris.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A rich program in the heart of the Parc de la Villette<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The choice of the <strong>Grande Halle de la Villette<\/strong> was not an insignificant one. This emblematic Parisian venue, lively and accessible, embodies the spirit of the show: <g id=\"gid_1\">open, popular and joyful<\/g>. On-site, visitors will be able to take part in a wide range of events, including <strong>culinary demonstrations<\/strong>, <strong>conferences<\/strong>, <strong>guided tastings<\/strong> and even an <strong>ephemeral restaurant<\/strong> &#8211; <em>Le Bouillon du BON<\/em> &#8211; run by chef <strong>Cyril Aloyol<\/strong> and <strong>CEPROC<\/strong> students.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Renowned chefs such as <strong>Gregory Cohen<\/strong>, <strong>Julia Sefedjian<\/strong>, <strong>Paolo Minelli,<\/strong> <strong>Anthony Courteille<\/strong> and <strong>Christophe Chiavola<\/strong> will share their techniques, their vision of taste and their commitment. The public will also have the opportunity to attend <strong>round-table discussions<\/strong> with experts from the food world, to reflect together on what it means to &#8220;eat well&#8221; today. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A day dedicated to professionals and easy access<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Monday October 20<\/em> will be reserved exclusively for professionals: restaurateurs, distributors and buyers. This format encourages business exchanges and the discovery of new partners in an ideal setting. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Located in the <strong>19th arrondissement<\/strong>, the site <strong>has excellent transport links<\/strong> (metro, streetcar, bike, bus).
