The Rue de Rivoli palace brings together two virtuosos of contemporary gastronomy: Quique Dacosta, three-starred Spanish chef, and Amaury Bouhours, Executive Chef of Le Meurice Restaurant Alain Ducasse, for two unique dinners on November 13 and 14, 2025.  <\/strong><strong>in partnership with Dom P\u00e9rignon<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong>When gastronomy becomes art<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p>Under the watchful eye of Dom P\u00e9rignon, the two chefs, members of the <strong>Dom P\u00e9rignon Society<\/strong>, orchestrate a four-handed culinary dialogue. Their menu, imagined as a sensory experience, explores the <g id=\"gid_1\">tactile dimension<\/g> of taste.
