Made with organic French flour and natural sourdough, they offer a unique texture: golden crust, soft, light crumb. Garnished with smoked trout, fragrant labneh, matured beef or seasonal vegetables, savoury bagels are accompanied by an excellent filtered coffee or homemade kombucha. On the sweet side, the creations are not to be outdone: bagel filled with praline cream and crushed hazelnuts, or a honey and fresh fruit version, a nod to Paris-Brest revisited as <strong>&#8220;Paris-New York&#8221;.<\/strong> The balance between crunchy, melt-in-your-mouth softness makes every bite a trip between Manhattan and Batignolles!    <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">A specialty coffee to accompany<\/h2>\n\n<p>To accompany these delights, Munch offers<strong> specialty coffee<\/strong>, carefully selected to sublimate the flavors of the bagels.
