Meilleur Ouvrier de France Glacier, he combines technical rigor with artistic sensitivity. At the Salon du Chocolat<\/strong>, he will be leading demonstrations on Wednesday October 29 and Thursday October 30<\/strong>, revealing the precise gestures that make desserts so beautiful. Visitors will be able to chat with him, discover the secrets of textures and taste the excellence of his preparations.
