Each plate recounts the generosity of ranch meals, the spirit of freedom and the taste of the real thing.The opening Cast-Iron Biscuits<\/g> with smoked cheddar and salted butter maple syrup set the scene: a perfect balance of sweetness and character. This is followed by the Colorado Wedge<\/strong>, a salad of heirloom tomatoes, whiskey-glazed bacon and Rogue River blue cheese – fresh, gourmet and typically American. <\/p>\n\n
