Together, they will sign the very first Haute P\u00e2tisserie auction in France, an unprecedented event where gourmandise and generosity come together to perfection.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong>When pastry excellence serves the heart<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Under the impetus of Pierre Herm\u00e9, the greatest names in French patisserie will deliver exclusive creations, conceived as veritable ephemeral works of art. These exceptional sweets will be auctioned off to benefit BAB Charity, an association founded by Alexandre Bader and dedicated to the well-being of children with leukemia hospitalized at the Armand Trousseau Hospital.<br\/>Since 2008, BAB Charity has been taking concrete action: renovation of sterile rooms, creation of spaces for families, and soon, the restoration of an entire floor.
