Le Grand Caf\u00e9 perpetuates this tradition, while giving it a contemporary twist. In the heart of the Grand Palais, this address imagined by Loulou Groupe strikes a delicate balance between heritage and modernity, with a central bar that becomes the stage for shared moments. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The bar’s first attraction is its aura. Colin Field<\/strong>, a respected figure on the cocktail scene for over forty years, orchestrates the classics here with rare precision. The Sidecar, made in England but marked by French liqueurs, recalls the historic interconnection between Paris and the rest of the world.
