A deep, almost comforting dish, yet one of great precision. <\/p>\n\n<p>The final <strong>dessert<\/strong> is like a series of gourmet stations: a plate of <strong>exotic fruits<\/strong> for freshness, a <strong>chestnut\/chocolate tart<\/strong> for indulgence, then <strong>mignardises<\/strong> to munch on while replaying the dinner movie.
