In other words, the art of extending the sweetness of Sunday brunch to every day of the week. On Rue des Martyrs, the idea found a natural home. The local clientele, elegant without ostentation, is already adopting this flexible rhythm between late breakfast and light lunch.   <br\/>Inside, the d\u00e9cor plays the house style: onyx, solid wood, terrazzo, tinted concrete and the deep blue that gives the place its identity. The whole evokes a contemporary apartment where one might come to work, read or simply enjoy a perfectly extracted long coffee. The street seems to enter the room, and the address becomes a living room open to the city.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Cult recipes and what&#8217;s new in 2026<\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>KOZY<\/strong>&#8216;s signature dishes are back. Eggs Benedict, revisited with precision, are as seductive as ever. The founder&#8217;s favorite, Avocado Halloumi Benny, blends creaminess and saltiness to perfection. The Egg Bun truffled with smoked salmon adds a more enveloping note, ideal on grey days.<br\/>On the sweet side, the banana caramel pancakes play the comfort card. The lighter fresh fruit brioche is the perfect accompaniment to a flat white. On Rue Dupin, behind a discreet fa\u00e7ade, a new restaurant is already attracting the attention of discerning diners: <strong>Paris Buenos Aires<\/strong>, the restaurant of <strong>Fernando de Tomaso<\/strong>. It&#8217;s an address where people come for more than just dinner. A story.    <br\/>&#8220;<em> <strong>I&#8217;ve always wanted my dishes to be about me: about Buenos Aires, where I was born, and about Paris, where I&#8217;ve made my mark as a chef <\/strong>,&#8221;<\/em> he confides. The promise is clear: a dialogue between two cultures without folklore, with elegance and sincerity. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Ember as a common language<\/h3>\n\n<p>At <strong>Paris Buenos Aires<\/strong>, cooking begins with fire. The embers, precise and masterful, sublimate meat and vegetables. The Argentinian heritage is evident in the straightforward cooking and generosity of the dishes to be shared. But the hand is Parisian in the gesture, in the seasoning, in the presentation.<br\/>The plates are clean, focused on the product. A grilled meat that sings under the blade, a vegetable marked just right, a sauce reduced with rigor. Fire doesn&#8217;t dominate, it structures. It also brings people together. <em>&#8220;Fire is universal. It&#8217;s the first gesture in cooking&#8221;,<\/em> the chef reminds us.<br\/>We come here for a bright, almost studious lunch, or for a more enveloping dinner, under the glow of subdued hanging lights. Expect to pay between 40 and 70 euros, depending on your appetite and choice of wine.       <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">An intimate setting in the heart of the 6th arrondissement<\/h3>\n\n<p>With 35 covers in the dining room and 28 on the terrace, the place has a hushed atmosphere. Dark woods, raw materials, soft lighting. Nothing ostentatious. The space is as inviting for t\u00eate-\u00e0-t\u00eate as it is for large tables, where the world can be re-envisioned, in true German-Pratin spirit.<br\/><strong>Fernando de Tomaso<\/strong> &#8216;s career path sheds light on this new stage. Hungry diners can look forward to sharing dishes such as <strong>lamb shoulder or the Plateau Signature Rouge<\/strong>, an assortment of selected meats. Not in the mood for red meat? Don&#8217;t panic, the chef offers excellent pork ribs or a roast chicken worthy of Sunday chicken. Dessert?
