I was there with my parents. I have the memory (true or reconstructed) that the restaurant pivoted. You&#8217;d go up in this private elevator, arrive at a point in Paris, then the view would change. We ended with an absolutely memorable souffl\u00e9.   <\/p>\n\n<p>I also loved <strong>La R\u00e9galade<\/strong> at Bruno Doucet \/106<a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/place\/\/data=!4m2!3m1!1s0x47e66e23d4285ce9:0x99995464560b32fe?sa=X&amp;ved=1t:8290&amp;ictx=111\">Rue Saint-Honor\u00e9, 75001 Paris<\/a>, this bistronomy is as generous as I like. And then <strong>Substance<\/strong>, by Matthias Marc. <\/p>\n\n<p>Recently, I discovered <strong>Chez Pippo<\/strong>, at the foot of the Eiffel Tower \/ <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/place\/\/data=!4m2!3m1!1s0x47e66fe068e37ac3:0x7ac578f6b35fb72a?sa=X&amp;ved=1t:8290&amp;ictx=111\">31 Av. de la Bourdonnais, 75007 Paris<\/a>. From the outside, I thought &#8220;another Italian&#8221;. But not at all. A charismatic owner, a small, adorable team, incredible dishes. Just goes to show, you should never judge a book by its cover.    <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">THE IMPORTANT MEETING<\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>PS:<\/strong> If you have an important meeting in Paris, which address do you choose?<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>N-T:<\/strong> Hotels. Always. It embodies the Roaring Twenties. It&#8217;s still as it was. You think of Michou, Dalida and the vineyards. The cobblestones, the narrow streets, the tiny tables where you can hear your neighbor. This is the classic Paris that I love. Eventually, you stop looking at it, but I&#8217;m still captivated by its shape. Every morning, I tell myself how lucky I am to see this iron lady. And I love the little bistros that are holding out, especially around Ch\u00e2telet.
