Each plate tells a story, the story of his childhood in Kuala Lumpur. South Asian flavors blend with the precision of French cuisine in a subtle balance.  <\/p>\n<p>The tasting menu is made up of<strong>ten or so courses<\/strong>, depending on the chef&#8217;s inspiration. Dishes follow one another with wild creativity, offering a direct stopover to Southeast Asia. The wines he suggests are the perfect accompaniment to Jack&#8217;s punchy plates. The duo understands that wine is an integral part of the culinary journey.
