For this third season, the restaurant is offering a renewed menu and a d\u00e9cor designed for total immersion in the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.parisselectbook.com\/en\/2026\/05\/15\/a-new-material-combining-raffia-and-velvet-reserved-by-chanel-for-its-summer-2026-beach-collection\/\">art of summer living<\/a>. <\/p>\n<h2>Mediterranean cuisine open to the world<\/h2>\n<p>Louis Vuitton&#8217;s Michelin-starred restaurant in Saint-Tropez has been welcoming guests back since <strong>May 8, 2026<\/strong>. Chef <strong>Arnaud Donckele<\/strong> remains in charge of the kitchen, while <strong>Maxime Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric<\/strong> is responsible for the sweet side. This year, the Mediterranean menu is enriched by influences from<a href=\"https:\/\/www.parisselectbook.com\/en\/2026\/05\/16\/these-5-parisian-addresses-have-transformed-ramen-into-an-art-form-and-broth-lovers-know-it-well\/\">Asia<\/a> and the Middle East.  <\/p>\n<p>Two formulas are offered to customers: the <strong>Grand Voyageur<\/strong> menu, identical for all guests, and the <strong>Voyage Express<\/strong> menu, which allows customers to choose their own dishes. This approach reflects the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.parisselectbook.com\/en\/2026\/05\/16\/these-7-perched-villages-in-the-var-are-ranked-among-the-most-beautiful-in-france-yet-remain-little-known-by-tourists\/\">travel<\/a> philosophy dear to the French house. <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;Travel has always been at the heart of Louis Vuitton. With this new card, we wanted to convey the wonder of exploration, creating links between cultures while preserving strong local roots.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>Signature dishes from land and sea<\/h3>\n<p>Several creations mark this summer season. These include a <strong>fish crudo<\/strong> with a citrus macerate. The <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.parisselectbook.com\/en\/?p=223511\">wagyu skewer<\/a><\/strong> arrives with a &#8220;Gibolin d&#8217;Arles&#8221; jus. <strong>Roasted St. Pierre<\/strong> is paired with a seaweed meuni\u00e8re.   <\/p>\n<p>A poultry dish served with a Borneo-inspired broth completes this menu of travelled flavours. These creations are served in cones embossed with the <strong>Louis Vuitton Monogram<\/strong> motif. An aesthetic attention to detail that has already won over fans of the brand.  <\/p>\n<p>These frozen desserts seem to have been designed with social networking in mind. Their meticulous presentation makes them both visual and gourmet objects. In this way, the house extends its identity right down to the smallest culinary detail.  <\/p>\n<p>This iced tea time completes an already rich offer. It allows guests to enjoy the place at different times of the day. It&#8217;s a way of living the Louis Vuitton experience hour by hour.  <\/p>\n<h3>Timetables adapted to the season<\/h3>\n<p>From <strong>May 8 to June 11<\/strong>, the restaurant offers lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. After this period, only snacks and dinner are available. In May, the restaurant remains closed on Mondays.  <\/p>\n<p>This organization allows us to adapt to the summer rhythm of Saint-Tropez. Customers can choose the ideal time to dine. Flexible opening hours meet the expectations of a demanding clientele.  <\/p>\n<h2>A decor inspired by the French Riviera<\/h2>\n<p>The restaurant&#8217;s decor is designed for total immersion. The palette of <strong>blues and beiges<\/strong> evokes the Riviera. The stripes recall the parasols on the beaches of the C\u00f4te d&#8217;Azur.  <\/p>\n<p>Natural materials play a central role in this design. <strong>Wood and travertine<\/strong> add warmth and authenticity. White flowers add a touch of softness.  <\/p>\n<p>On the tables, the <strong>blue Constellation<\/strong> tableware collection awaits the chefs&#8217; creations. Matching leather placemats complete this meticulous set-up. Every detail reflects the spirit of a private villa on the coast.  <\/p>\n<p>This third season confirms the company&#8217;s commitment to high-end gastronomy.
