The F\u00eate de la Bretagne in Paris<\/strong> returns from May 14 to 23 , 2026<\/a><\/strong> for nine days of celebration. The 14th arrondissement, home to the largest Breton community outside the region, hosts this festive edition. On the program: cr\u00eapes, fest-noz, traditional dances and, of course, lots of semi-salted butter. <\/p>\n

Gouel Breizh sets up in the 14th arrondissement<\/h2>\n

Known as Gouel Breizh<\/strong>, this annual celebration puts Breton culture in the spotlight. The Mission bretonne – Ti ar Vretoned<\/strong> collective organizes the F\u00eate de la Bretagne in Paris from its headquarters at 22, rue Delambre<\/strong>. Thanks to a large number of volunteers, the association promotes Breton traditions throughout the capital<\/a>. <\/p>\n

The program promises to be packed with pancakes, galettes, dancing and singing. Parisians<\/a> will be able to slip into the shoes of real Bigoudens and Bigoud\u00e8nes for a few hours. What’s more, this 2026 edition promises a complete immersion in culture made in Breizh. <\/p>\n

A collective committed to Breton culture<\/h3>\n

La Mission bretonne – Ti ar Vretoned works all year round to share the traditions of the region. As a result, the F\u00eate de la Bretagne in Paris is one of the highlights of their annual activities. Each edition brings together families<\/a>, the curious and the nostalgic around common values: conviviality, sharing and good humor. <\/p>\n

The 14th arrondissement was not chosen at random to host these festivities. Indeed, this historic district is home to the largest Breton population outside Brittany itself. For nine days, the streets around Montparnasse will be decked out in the colors of Gwenn ha Du. <\/p>\n

    The following day, an initiation to traditional dances takes place in the Salle des F\u00eates of the 14th arrondissement town hall<\/strong>. This session is followed by a grand fest-noz to dance the night away. Lovers of Breton culture will also appreciate the concerts and shows scheduled throughout the week. <\/p>\n
