Paris in June 2026 keeps all its promises: a dense cultural program, sold-out concerts, open-air festivals and high-level sporting events. It promises to be one of the richest months of the year for lovers of outings, shows and artistic discoveries<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Highlights in the capital this month<\/h2>\n

From June 6 to 28, 2026<\/strong>, artist JR transforms the Pont Neuf into a free, monumental installation<\/a> entitled La Caverne du Pont Neuf<\/strong>. The work pays tribute to the packaging created by Christo and Jeanne-Claude in 1985, the 40th anniversary of<\/strong> which is being celebrated. The capital’s oldest stone bridge is transformed into a monumental grotto, inspired by the limestone quarries used to build Paris. <\/p>\n

The work is accessible free of charge. You can walk across it, admire it from the riverbank<\/a>, or pass beneath it on a cruise along the Seine. Day or night, it’s a truly unique experience. <\/p>\n

In addition, the F\u00eate de la Musique<\/strong> transforms the city into a giant open-air<\/a> stage on Sunday June 21, 2026<\/strong>. Funk bands, rock groups, DJs and choirs follow one another across the capital, for all tastes and all night long. <\/p>\n
