For the past 111<\/strong> days, Sophie Adenot has been living and working in microgravity as part of the Epsilon Mission<\/strong>. The mission is scheduled to last between 8 and 9 months<\/strong>, with a return to Earth scheduled for October 2026<\/a><\/strong>. She is the second French woman to go into space, after Claudie Haigner\u00e9. <\/p>\n

On her Instagram profile, the astronaut regularly shares extracts from her extraordinary daily life. She shows, for example, the delicate way she carries objects in weightlessness, or fascinating shots of the Earth from the sky<\/a>. <\/p>\n

In a three-minute video<\/strong>, Sophie Adenot has answered a question that many people ask: how do you care for your hair without weightlessness, without a shower, and with very little water? The answer is both precise and surprising. <\/p>\n

The main constraint in this space is to avoid wasting water. Every drop counts, so every detail of the hair-cleaning process must be considered. This is where washing hair becomes a real technical challenge. <\/p>\n

Washing hair in zero gravity: a step-by-step technique<\/h2>\n
