After creating the ideal aperitif bite in 2025, Cyril Lignac has created three exclusive sharing plates for La Douce Heure. Each creation bears a name evoking the characteristics of the elderflower liqueur.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Florale offers crudit\u00e9s accompanied by a creamy tzatziki sauce. La Fra\u00eecheur features sea bream crudo with elderberry, mimosa eggs and a beef carpaccio inspired by Venice.
