The evening will feature an Aubrac rib of beef, wines from C\u00f4te-R\u00f4tie, a four-course menu, and live music. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Titled \u201cC\u00f4te de B\u0153uf &amp; C\u00f4te-R\u00f4tie,\u201d this dinner will feature a unique four-course menu. Chef Jeremy Apchain will showcase a c\u00f4te de b\u0153uf sourced from a family farm in Aubrac. The cut will be served family-style and paired with a tasting of C\u00f4te-R\u00f4tie wines. The appetizer will be paired with a 2024 Condrieu from Pierre Gaillard. A selection of farm-fresh cheeses from Auvergne will then precede a dessert featuring chocolate, figs, and rosemary, served with a glass of ros\u00e9 champagne.
