Through July 29, Les Chocolats de Yannick All\u00e9no<\/strong> will be setting up an outdoor ice cream stand in front of Le Gourmet, designed with the same attention to detail as a luxury restaurant dish. The three-Michelin-starred chef reinvents the sundae in his own style: two generous flavors\u2014vanilla and chocolate\u2014three signature sauces (vanilla caramel, grand cru chocolate, fresh strawberry extract) and a choice of four nostalgic toppings, including cookie chunks, crispy wafers, hazelnuts, or sanded pistachios. <\/p>\n\n

As for rooftops,the rooftop terrace is getting a makeover<\/strong>! While the sun beats down, the 8th floor of the Magasin Coupole is becoming the hotspot of the Parisian summer. Chef Julien Sebbag<\/strong> is opening Balcon<\/a><\/strong>, his new rooftop bistro with a distinctly French flair, and La Douce Heure by St-Germain<\/a><\/strong> is setting up its elderflower bar starting June 18, with a panoramic view of all the rooftops of Paris.
