It\u2019s the pastries<\/a> that really bring the celebration to life. Arnaud Larher, a Meilleur Ouvrier de France<\/strong>, has created three exclusive desserts to round out the 140th Anniversary Menu. Their names alone say it all: the Bisou Bisou For\u00eat Noire<\/strong>, the Madeleine Trompe-l’\u0152il<\/strong>, andthe 140th Anniversary Signature \u00c9clair<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

These desserts are part of a broader anniversary menu created by Chef Pierre Chomet<\/strong>. This menu is served for lunch and dinner<\/a> by the staff at the Grand Caf\u00e9 Fauchon. <\/p>\n
