A place of remembrance so we never forget the pandemic<\/h2>\n

This may be the most meaningful opening of the entire Paris autumn season. On 16 September 2026<\/strong><\/a>, the Institut AD Memoriam opens its doors within Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9, at 12 rue de l’\u00c9cole de M\u00e9decine in the 6th arrondissement<\/strong>. Its mission is clear: to preserve and pass on the traces of the Covid-19 crisis, while opening up a collective conversation about everything it transformed in our societies.<\/p>\n

This is not a static museum. The Institut aims to be a living space at the crossroads of science, history, the humanities and culture. Exhibitions<\/a>, talks, conferences, seminars and workshops will bring different bodies of knowledge and lived experience into dialogue. Because the goal is not simply to remember, but to understand and share what that period left behind.<\/p>\n

Contemporary art moves onto \u00eele Seguin<\/h2>\n

In Boulogne-Billancourt, a territory long defined by the former Renault factories and workshops is reinventing itself. On \u00eele Seguin, Large<\/strong> is opening a space dedicated to contemporary art spanning 5,000 m\u00b2<\/strong>, at the heart of the future Pointe des Arts district. The grand opening weekend is set for 17 and 18 October 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The venue is part of a broader urban project: in time, this art space will coexist with a cinema and other retail, forming a new piece of the city. Large’s ambition is to create a dialogue between eras and artistic practices, championing both emerging artists and major figures of the 20th century.<\/p>\n

For its inaugural exhibition, titled Moteur Imaginaire<\/strong>, Large explores the connections between art, the automobile and machines. Works from the Renault collection sit alongside new contemporary creations, in an approach that blends poetry with mechanics.<\/p>\n

For those looking to go out in a different way, two highly anticipated openings are set to enrich the capital’s leisure offering.<\/p>\n

  • Magnetic<\/strong>, on rue d’Aix in the 10th arrondissement, opens in September 2026<\/strong> across 600 m\u00b2<\/strong> dedicated to food and games.<\/li>\n
  • The venue offers karaoke, blind tests, quizzes, retrogaming and darts, as well as private hire rooms.<\/li>\n
  • The d\u00e9cor draws on the 1980s, leaning into a full-on nostalgia aesthetic.<\/li>\n
  • The programming caters to families and groups of friends alike.<\/li>\n
  • Le Palace<\/strong>, at 8 rue du Faubourg Montmartre in the 9th arrondissement<\/strong>, is set to reopen in October 2026<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Magnetic is positioning itself as a neighbourhood HQ, with a food offering designed to satisfy and a varied games programme. The 600 m\u00b2<\/strong> space is conceived to host all kinds of evenings, from a family dinner to an after-work night out with colleagues.<\/p>\n

    Le Palace reclaims its place in the DNA of Parisian nightlife<\/h2>\n

    After years of silence, one of the most mythical institutions in Parisian nightlife is coming back to life. Le Palace, whose history is intimately bound up with the 1980s and its concerts and celebrities, is reopening under the stewardship of Mickael Chetrit<\/strong>, entrepreneur and producer, who also heads up the Palais des Glaces.<\/p>\n

    His vision is to restore the venue’s original identity to this 9th arrondissement address: a room that once played host to concerts and personalities in abundance. This October 2026 reopening is therefore a story of renaissance rather than mere renovation. For lovers of Parisian nights out, this is an address to watch closely from this autumn onwards.<\/p>\n
