A collaboration born of the heart

Adriana Karembeu and Lenôtre combine their talents to create an exceptional dessert. It’s called Nina, after her daughter. The project was born of a sincere complicity between the model and Étienne Leroy, the company’s Head Pastry Chef.

They imagined a flower to taste. The cake evokes tenderness, maternal bonding and sharing. Each bite reflects their intention: to celebrate love and support a noble cause.

A floral creation to offer

The Nina dessert takes the shape of a rose. It takes its inspiration directly from Adriana’s garden in Marrakech. White chocolate petals envelop a rose-scented heart.

Inside, you’ll discover a soft vanilla filling, an almond crunch and a white peach and lychee compote. An airy rosewater cream adds lightness. Each texture finds its place with precision.

A cake for an essential cause

Adriana Karembeu has been an ambassador for the French Red Cross for over 25 years. This creation is a natural extension of her commitment. For every dessert sold, 5% is donated to the association.

This dessert thus becomes a gesture of solidarity. By offering Nina, you honor your mother while supporting the most vulnerable. An initiative that’s both gentle and impactful.
