Summer 2025 will be icy (and stylish) thanks to Café Kitsuné and Folderol
When two institutions of taste join forces, the result can only be addictive. This summer, Folderol, Paris’s most confidential ice cream and wine bar, collaborates with Café Kitsuné on a collection of highly stylish Japanese ice creams and sorbets.
Parisian craftsmanship meets Japanese refinement
Since 2021, Folderol has been fascinating gourmets with its artisanal ice creams served in silver goblets and carefully selected natural wines. The brand even had to limit Instagram posts as the craze went viral. Good news for ice cream lovers: this summer, its know-how will be exported to the various Parisian addresses of Café Kitsuné.
Travelling flavours at Café Kitsuné
The result? A series of limited-edition ice creams and sorbets combining the DNA of both brands. To taste:
- Japanese Matcha from Kagoshima and Uji
- Cold Brew with Guatemalan coffee, exclusive to Kitsuné
- Intense black sesame
- Red fruit sorbet, more classic but still refined
Subtle, minimalist fragrances, very Kitsuné, served with Folderol’s irreverent icy touch. A perfect combo of Paris and Tokyo.
