A game-changing collaboration
For the first time in its history, Dior Joaillerie has appointed an ambassadress. And not just any ambassador: Charlize Theron, the house’s emblematic muse, becomes the face of Victoire de Castellane‘s precious creations. An obvious choice, given the South African actress’ powerful, luminous femininity.
Under the lens of Mario Sorrenti, this new campaign brings together inner strength and absolute refinement, in a setting that evokes the poetic heritage of the house.
Jewelry as narrative art
The campaign highlights two major pieces. First, the Milly Dentelle Couture Fleurie set, unveiled in January 2025. Inspired by the delicacy of floral lace, this rose gold creation combines marquise and pear diamonds with a sumptuous 8-carat Fancy Vivid yellow diamond. A piece that evokes the sublimated fragility of plants frozen in gold.
Next, the Forêt Glacée Bleu necklace, from the Diorama 2024 collection, plunges us into an enchanting winter scene. Blue sapphires, black and blue lacquers and chiselled foxes create a dreamlike universe around an 11-carat Malagasy sapphire. Here, luxury becomes an imaginary landscape.
A figure of continuity for Dior
While this campaign marks a first for the jewelry house, it is also part of a long history of loyalty between Charlize Theron and Dior. Muse of the legendary J’Adore for over 20 years, the actress now also embodies the house’s skincare and jewelry products. A strong signal, hailed by Delphine Arnault: “Charlize is the perfect embodiment of the alliance of art, savoir-faire and dreams.
