MGallery bars: Sarah Lavoine shakes it up with chic
What if summer started with a designer toast? MGallery, Maison Sarah Lavoine and Citadelle Gin join forces for an original cocktail experience with the air of a sensory exhibition.
A collab that rethinks the art of glass… and of raised glass
For the 2025 edition of World Cocktail Month, the 120 MGallery hotels worldwide have teamed up with French design star Sarah Lavoine and gin craft pioneer Citadelle Gin. The result? A trio of blown and tinted glasses, designed as collector’s items and offered for sale (€30 each).
The classic shapes – Old Fashioned, Nick & Nora, Martini cut – are adorned with emblematic colors such as the famous Bleu Sarah, reinterpreting the codes of the chic hotel industry in homage to the freedom to travel, conviviality and the beauty of the gesture.
Exclusive cocktails that take you on a journey
These elegant glasses house three signature cocktail recipes created by Citadelle Gin, all available from May 14 in MGallery bars, including the sublime 38 Bar Lounge at the Hôtel L’Échiquier Opéra Paris.
- Crystal Diva: gin, sherry, jasmine syrup, orange blossom, served with a square of yuzu white chocolate.
- Timeless Negroni: vermouth infused with pineapple, pandan and tropical zest.
- Honey 75: “fat washed” gin with olive oil, verjuice, honey and champagne.
Every cocktail has its mocktail version, for toasting without alcohol.
A toast to contemporary elegance with Maison Sarah Lavoine
Sarah Poniatowski, founder and creator of Maison Sarah Lavoine, sums up the intention:
“Every MGallery hotel tells a story. We wanted to create objects that are useful, aesthetic and meaningful.”
Available from May 15 to August 31 in all MGallery bars.
