Villa Minuty, the art of living from Saint-Tropez on the rooftops of Paris

An air of the Mediterranean blows over Paris. And it’s on the rooftop of Le Brach, in the 16th arrondissement, that the Villa Minuty experience comes to life.
Provence with a view of the Eiffel Tower
All summer long, the prestigious winegrowing estate is taking up residence at the top of the Brach Paris, a hotel designed by Philippe Starck, for a brand-new activation: the Villa Minuty. Nestled in a setting reminiscent of the Presqu’île de Saint-Tropez, this hedonistic interlude offers an immersive experience based around its emblematic cuvées, in a setting overlooking the capital.
The soft, luminous colors of the furnishings, the touches of greenery and the unobstructed view over Paris are a reminder that Provencal elegance can also play at altitude.
A solar and aperitif menu
Designed as a tribute to the art of the French aperitif, the menu focuses on simple, fair-trade products, to be shared from 5pm until midnight. Olive tapenade with figs, peppers stuffed with tuna and goat’s cheese, tomato or red fruit punnets, candied artichokes… All accompanied by Château Minuty Or and Minuty 281, for a tasting experience in perfect harmony.
Minuty x Brach: an alliance of sensitive luxury
This collaboration celebrates the family know-how of the house, handed down for four generations in Gassin, in the Var region of France. The estate, cultivated using sustainable agriculture methods, prides itself on a culture of goodness, beauty and authenticity.
By teaming up with Brach Paris, a hybrid lifestyle center combining sport, pastry, hotels and culture, the winery is embracing a vision of sensory luxury , elegant and unostentatious, true to the Riviera spirit.
Villa Minuty is a sensory escape in the heart of Paris, between rosy glints, sunsets and suspended dolce vita. An address to discover all summer long, for a drink… or a whole evening.
