The INSIDE LVMH Certificate, launched in 2021, returns for a new edition between May and July. The aim? To democratize access to luxury expertise while inspiring vocations. This program of 30 hours of online training spread over eight weeks offers dense content, combining theory, case studies and quizzes.
What makes it so special is that it has been developed by LVMH in collaboration with elite institutions such as Harvard, Central Saint Martins, HEC Paris and CentraleSupélec. A way for the group to combine academic excellence with business expertise.
A modular structure designed for LVMH immersion
The certificate is organized around two essential modules:
- LVMH and the luxury industry
- Luxury and society
In addition, there are two optional modules to choose from:
- Retail and customer experience
- Design and branding
- Operations and supply chain
To validate the certificate, you need to achieve 70% correct answers in the final assessment. Nothing insurmountable, but the requirement is real. Another notable point is that the certificate is issued in English only, which can be an implicit filter.

At a time when recruitment in the luxury goods industry is becoming highly strategic, this online program functions as a large-scale talent-spotting tool. By training an inquisitive public, LVMH strengthens its employer brand, while discreetly monitoring promising future profiles. A model reminiscent of the “open branding” strategy practiced in tech.
What you need to know before registering
Registration is open until May 19 on the official INSIDE LVMH platform. The program, which is entirely free of charge, remains one of the rare opportunities to get directly behind the scenes at Maisons such as Louis Vuitton, Dior or Chaumet without going through closed networks.
