Chef Fadi Frem is at the helm of an inspired, modern and delicate cuisine. Products are carefully selected from French producers, then sublimated by audacious combinations. The menu invites discovery: Simmental beef filet in tataki with eleven herbs reveals all the richness of the terroir, while lobster from our coasts, lacquered with citrus caramel, expresses the chef’s maritime finesse. Vegetables play an essential role in our dishes, both through taste and conviction.

The main courses play on precision and generosity: cigar-leaf-smoked Landes duck breast is accompanied by a honey-sweet potato mille-feuille, while veal fillet with sherry jus stands out for its elegance and aromatic depth. For dessert, pastry chef Thomas Gabriel continues the score with his exquisitely precise chocolate, praline and cardamom tart with smoked butter.

When night falls on the Trocadéro, the Café de l’Homme transforms into a vibrant stage. Every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday , the capital’s most iconic terrace comes alive with DJ sets and artistic performances, offering a unique nocturnal experience, always with a direct view of the Eiffel Tower. This musical and elegant interlude invites you to enjoy Paris in a different way, in a refined and festive atmosphere.
To guarantee your table, a minimum consumption of €25 per person is required, deductible from your bill on the day of your visit. Please note: this service is exclusively dedicated to drinks; no catering is provided during these evenings.

Practical information

Café de l’Homme is located at 17, place du Trocadéro, Paris 16ᵉ.
Open daily, from noon to two in the morning. Lunch until 2:15pm. Gourmet break lasts until 6:30pm, before dinner starts at 6:45pm.

Several formulas are available: “Terrasse”, “Eiffel dîner”, “Diamond diner” and so on, each with its own level of promise. First line of sight, glass of champagne, special service, to make the occasion truly special.
